Sheffield Appliances Warranty

At Sheffield Appliances, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every Sheffield product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Your Consumer Rights

Our warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  • Goods that come with guarantees which cannot be excluded.

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What the Manufacturer’s Warranty Covers

If your Sheffield product develops a fault within the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or parts, or

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model.

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, please:

  1. Keep your proof of purchase (receipt).

  2. Return the product, along with proof of purchase, to the retailer where it was purchased.

  3. The retailer will liaise with us to assess the claim.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased second-hand.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or excessive use.

  • Faults caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, drops, outdoor use, or immersion in water.

  • Commercial use of appliances (limited to 90 days warranty).

Important:
Do not use any product that is damaged, malfunctioning, dropped, left outdoors, or immersed in water.
